Purchase only the amount of hours you want, you use the hours when you need them. Our server will notify you near the completion of your purchased block allowing you to make arrangements so your Internet access and mail services are not disrupted.

- For 128K Digital Access double the above rates.
- We provide you with a suite of software to get started, and ½ hour free technical support.
- You choose a USERID which also becomes your mail id in the form of userid@city.igs.net.
- If you would like to have your own Domain name please see our corporate pages.
- There is no extra charge for your personal web pages, however it must not contain advertising.
- You get 5 Megabytes of space on our WEB server for your personal page,
- we do not calculate incoming email as part of this space,
- we maintain a separate WEB servers for better performance,
- you must contact us to get your web account created,
- we do not charge hits, however personal pages have a limit of 500 MB's of transfer per month.
Ordering
- If you bring your PC to our office it will cost you $25.00 to have it installed
(Ottawa Only)
- We need a signed order form indicating the level of service you require.
- Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pre-approved chequing plan, Billed on a pre-paid quarterly basis, Billed on a pre-paid yearly basis.
- Accounts will not be opened unless we receive payment.
- All accounts will be automatically renewed unless we are instructed otherwise.
- Pre-paid accounts are contracted for 1 year with NO refunds.
